Find a private room with a comfortable chair, couch, or bed in your home where you will be undisturbed and can relax for 20-40 minutes
Make sure the device (phone, laptop, iPad, etc) you are using is charged or put it on charge
Put your phone on Do Not Disturb mode to reduce distractions
Since our program is designed to cover several aspects needed for weight loss (diet, exercise, etc.), we highly recommend that you listen through all five of the weight loss recordings in this program for best results. Sure, you may start seeing changes after just one recording, but remember, each of the recordings builds onto the next and by listening to the entire program (we recommend listening to one recording per day), you are allowing for the exciting and positive changes to become permanent so that you can lose weight easily and finally keep it off for good!
We recommend that you listen to one recording per day, either every day or every other day, until you have completed listening to all five recordings in the weight loss program. After that, it’s ultimately up to you to decide whether you feel that you need to re-listen to them again.
Now that you have lifetime access, you can always come back to listen to one or all of the recordings if you feel that you need a boost or would just like to experience deep relaxation with other positive benefits as our recordings are perfect for stress relief as well.
