I just finished the last recording and even though it took me a few weeks to listen to all 5 (I’m a very busy parent), I’ve definitely noticed a lot of positive changes in my life already. Just wow!! Who knew getting myself to go to the gym could actually be this easy?! Just wish I tried this earlier because it would have seriously saved me so many years of frustration!
